Ingredients

Wine: Fumé Blanc

  • 3oz Ferrari-Carrano Fumé Blanc
  • .75oz fresh grapefruit juice
  • 1/2oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4oz honey syrup (1:1)
  • Soda top
  • Grapefruit peel twist
  • Fresh mint sprig garnish

Directions

Made over rocks in a highball glass (12oz). Garnish with fresh grapefruit and fresh mint.
