Ingredients

Wine: Fumé Blanc
Glass: Rocks glass

  • 3 oz Ferrari-Carrano Fumé Blanc
  • 2 oz cold pressed honeydew juice
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • ¾ oz simple syrup depending on desired sweetness and sugar level of the melon
  • Mint sprig garnish
  • Lime peel twist garnish

Tools:

  • Cocktail shaker
  • Cocktail strainer
  • Fruit juice squeezer (for honeydew)
  • Rocks ice

Directions

Build in a rocks glass over ice and garnished with fresh mint and lime peel
