Rooted in the spirit of an Italian family table, Pranzo Della Casa invites guests to slow down and savor Ferrari-Carano’s Italian heritage through a generous, seated pairing of house made pastas, seasonal estate-grown ingredients, and Ferrari-Carano wines.
This 90-minute experience begins with a fresh estate garden salad, followed by a family-style progression of handcrafted pastas, each thoughtfully paired to showcase the wines and bring the flavors of the course to life. A shared Italian dessert completes the afternoon in true la dolce vita fashion.

Designed to delight in every season, our five acres of gardens invite you to wander, linger and discover something new around every corner.
Winery Garden
The gardens at Ferrari-Carano are nearly as iconic as the wines. What began in 1987 as a labor of love for Rhonda Carano has grown into five spectacular acres designed to surprise and delight in every season.
Surrounding Villa Fiore, formal Italian- and French-inspired parterres bring structure and symmetry to the landscape, while meandering paths, footbridges, waterfalls and ponds invite you to slow down and explore. More than 2,000 species of trees and shrubs add layers of color and texture throughout the estate—including our distinctive Portuguese cork trees. Take your time, wander the paths and see what you discover.
Tulips
Spring makes a particularly colorful entrance at Ferrari-Carano, when thousands of tulips and daffodils burst into bloom across the estate. The display changes from year to year, making each spring a little different—and always worth a visit.

Culinary Garden
Good things are growing at Ferrari-Carano. Our organic culinary garden celebrates the connection between the land, the kitchen and the table, with fresh, seasonal produce grown right here on the estate.
Harvested ingredients make their way into our Pranzo della Casa experience, wine and food pairings, special events and recipes, bringing the flavors of the garden directly to the plate. It’s a delicious expression of the Ferrari-Carano way of life—seasonal, generous and meant to be shared alongside a great bottle of wine.
Gardener
Behind Ferrari-Carano’s five acres of gardens is Antonia Mata, a seasoned gardener and landscaper with more than 30 years of experience in agriculture. From the thousands of tulips that announce the arrival of spring to the estate’s organic culinary garden, Antonia brings thoughtful care to every corner of the landscape.
Her vision is to create a garden that is both sustainable and welcoming—a place guests want to explore, enjoy, and return to season after season.
